Execute contact, persuasion, and follow-up activities with customers to promote timely payment of overdue natural gas service obligations, providing clear information regarding account status, policies, financing alternatives, and payment methods—ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and parameters. Your main responsibilities will include: Conducting door-to-door visits to customers listed in the organization's delinquency report. Meeting monthly portfolio management targets assigned by the Portfolio Manager. Gathering necessary information to locate customers. What are we looking for in you? High school diploma. Residence in Pasto. Minimum (1) year of experience in portfolio collection or commercial management. Ownership of a motorcycle and all required documentation up to date. Why work with us?
