Carry out contact, persuasion, and user support activities to promote timely payment of overdue natural gas service obligations, providing clear information regarding account status, policies, financing alternatives, and payment methods, while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and parameters. Your main responsibilities will include: Conducting door-to-door visits to users listed in the organization's delinquency report. Meeting monthly portfolio management targets assigned by the Portfolio Management Supervisor. Gathering necessary information to locate users. What are we looking for in you? High school diploma. Residency in Pasto. Minimum one (1) year of experience in portfolio collections or commercial management. Ownership of a motorcycle and all required documentation up to date. Why join us?
