Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Assistant to manage the returns process and the Telemercadeo quality module, optimizing processing times and ensuring indicator compliance. Active participation in data verification and client accounting Learn more about this opportunity: In Pasto, we are looking for a Logistics/Warehouse Assistant responsible for handling the Returns Process and managing the Telemercadeo Quality Module at the assigned RACOL, following organizational procedures, with the objective of optimizing processing times, delivery and return timelines of the logistics flow of shipments, and achieving indicator compliance. Receive shipments submitted through the counter and transfer them to the returns warehouse or reship them to operations. Prepare daily closing reports on anomalies observed in shipments entering the Telemercadeo module, to identify false returns and support decision-making. Receive physical shipments designated for Telemercadeo management, verifying that shipment data recorded in the system matches, thereby enabling client accounting. What we need from you: If you hold a high school diploma or technical degree in Logistics or related fields, and have at least 2 years of certified experience in logistics companies performing logistics processes such as: Inventory management, warehouse handling, storage, ERP systems operation, Excel usage, and possess strong customer service skills—this opportunity is for you! Compensation: Salary: COP 1,845,492 per month + transportation allowance + COP 5,300 daily meal allowance per machine + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); availability to work on Sundays and holidays.
