A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a **Site Supervisor** with extensive experience in executing industrial projects, to lead and coordinate activities related to structures. The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong focus on achieving project goals and schedules. **Requirements:** * **Academic qualification:** Technical high school diploma, construction technologist degree, or related field. * **General experience:** Minimum 10 years in the construction sector. * **Specific experience:** At least 5 years leading industrial construction projects, with emphasis on structural activities (foundations, steel structures, concrete, among others). * **Technical knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, operation of construction tools and equipment, management of operational personnel, industrial safety regulations. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and control daily on-site activities related to structures. * Verify that work is correctly executed according to drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and other project stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Report progress and updates to the site manager or site supervisor.
