LOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist to provide logistical support in managing traffic fines and contraventional proceedings, with a focus on document processing and tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistical support in traffic fine management. 2. Processing and validation of photographic detection evidence. 3. Document handling and case file tracking. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Technician or technologist in Administrative or Logistics Training EXPERIENCE: 6 months OBJECTIVE: Provide logistical support in enforcing traffic regulation violations before the Pasto Traffic and Transportation Secretariat and other duties assigned by Consycom. FUNCTIONS: 1. Understand how to download evidence captured by the Sast photo-detection site, according to established configuration. 2. Validate and clean daily rejections generated by the traffic agent regarding information to be processed, in order to process only authorized records. 3. Classify evidence to confirm which violation corresponds to the issuance of the summons; the order of violation validation must be taken into account. 4. Upload infringement evidence information into the application. 5. Build a database to generate preparation and mailing of correspondence. 6. Complete a daily report of effective records, rejections, and records sent by the mailing provider. 7. Store documents signed by the traffic agent. 8. Transportation. 9. Digitize documents signed by the traffic agent. 10. Validate traceability of mailings, print supporting documentation, and attach it to the case file. 11. Enter notice or notification date into the application. 12. Forward case files grouped by date to the Legal Office to initiate the contraventional proceeding. 13.
