




Job Summary: We are seeking a LAN and WiFi Network Support Engineer to handle, diagnose, and resolve incidents, as well as administer and monitor network infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. LAN and WiFi network support and administration. 2. Network incident diagnosis and resolution. 3. Network infrastructure monitoring and adjustments. We are looking for a LAN and WiFi Network Support Engineer to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience in network support and administration. Knowledge of LAN and WLAN networks (switches, access points, and controllers). Basic/intermediate skills in VLAN, SSID configuration, and firmware updates. Experience in incident diagnosis, network monitoring, and ticket management. Ability to analyze failures, review logs, and escalate to higher levels. Responsibilities: Handling, diagnosing, and resolving incidents in LAN and WiFi networks. Administration and adjustment of network infrastructure. Monitoring of performance metrics (latency, packet loss, interference). Execution of planned changes and scheduled maintenance. Documentation of activities, report generation, and ticket tracking.
