DESCRIPTION Technologist with on-site support experience, having one year of experience in this position, ensuring excellence in areas such as: preventive and/or corrective maintenance, installation of equipment or operating systems. Must be capable of diagnosing technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions, as well as demonstrating strong user-handling skills. Services are provided across various zones of Bogotá: * Avenida Calle 17 #129-11 from January 1 to February 6 * Calle 98 #70-90 from February 6 to March 12 * Carrera 65B #11-40 from March 13 to April 17 REQUIREMENTS Customer service experience, minimum one year in this role, proactivity, proficiency in management tools, office software, and equipment installation—including their respective operating systems. Must be analytical and solution-oriented, possess strong verbal communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and demonstrate assertive communication.
