Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups; operating system migration; equipment setup and inventory; knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; network management; diagnosis and resolution of issues in laptops and desktops. Primary responsibilities include on-site support and hardware diagnostics. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset; connecting devices to the domain and configuring network settings (IP and DNS); accurate case documentation and incident reporting; professional and effective user interaction. English proficiency (MANDATORY), with ability to communicate, understand technical documentation, and provide support when required. Conditions: Work location: CARTAGENA and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), plus Saturday availability (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Contract type: PROJECT-BASED OR SERVICE CONTRACT Compensation: To be agreed upon + $38,000 mobile phone allowance + $249,095 transportation allowance + operational expenses and travel allowances (as applicable), plus all statutory benefits (bonuses, severance pay, severance interest, paid vacations).
