Required Profile – Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune) **Job Title:** **Systems Engineer – Specialist in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.** **Work Mode:** On-site. **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper **implementation, configuration, and administration** of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune solutions, guaranteeing the continuity, security, and productivity of the organization's IT services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and provide support for the **Microsoft 365** platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive). * Manage identities and access in **Entra ID (Azure AD)**, including conditional access policies, MFA, and roles. * Implement, configure, and manage **Intune** for device, application, and policy compliance management. * Participate in migration, adoption, and optimization projects for Microsoft cloud services. * Monitor service health, generate reports, and **performance and security KPIs**. * Provide second- and third-level support for incidents related to the platform. * Document management and security processes and best practices. **Requirements:** * **Academic Background:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** in implementing, configuring, and administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments. * Solid knowledge in: * Administration of **Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams**. * Security and access policies in **Microsoft Entra ID**. * **Mobile device and PC management** using Intune (Windows, Android, iOS). * Configuration of **compliance policies, application deployment, and updates**. * Reporting and analysis of **performance, security, and adoption KPIs**. **Desirable Certifications:** * **MS\-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator** * **MD\-102: Endpoint Administrator** * **SC\-300: Identity and Access Administrator** * **AZ\-104: Azure Administrator Associate** *(optional but valued)* **Personal Competencies:** * Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication with users and technical teams. * Teamwork and collaboration ability. * Proactive in proposing technological improvements.
