**Maersk \| Junior Billing Analyst – FIN Ops (Transport and Extracosts)** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Cartagena **Work Mode:** On-site **Role Purpose** We are looking for a **Junior Billing Analyst** responsible for executing the billing process for transport and extracost services, delivering timely and accurate information to internal and external customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue invoices and sales orders accurately and within established deadlines. * Manage purchase orders, cost and revenue provisions. * Perform weekly billing reconciliations and cost controls. * Monitor financial performance (PnL, margins, variable costs, DOE). * Provide support in budgeting processes and deviation analysis. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics services and 1 year in accounting (billing and costing). * Proficiency in accounting and operational platforms. * Intermediate level of English. * Focus on compliance, attention to detail, and customer service. **Competencies** * High responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks. * Attention to detail and accuracy in execution. * Autonomy in decision-making and risk assessment. * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork. \#LI\-EM1 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
