Through these initiatives, we contribute to improving organizations’ environmental performance—including reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, efficient waste management, and other key sustainability indicators—and to closing historical social gaps by generating opportunities for vulnerable populations. #### **Purpose of the Role** The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and management of impact funds and/or projects, conducting strategic monitoring of portfolio companies, and contributing to divestment processes. This role requires an analytical mindset, financial rigor, and a deep commitment to generating impact. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop financial models to evaluate projects and companies. * Conduct profitability, risk, and sustainability analyses of investments. * Monitor the financial and social performance of investments. * Prepare periodic reports for committees and executives. * Participate in structuring new investment opportunities and/or projects. #### **Requirements and Competencies to Join Our Team** **Education** * Degree in business, economics, or related fields (Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering), preferably with a focus on finance. * Intermediate–advanced English (B2–C1). **Experience** * 2–4 years of experience in roles related to financial analysis, investment management, project management, or similar areas. **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). * Proficiency in presentation design tools (e.g., Canva). * Solid knowledge of financial modeling and company valuation (preferably for SMEs and/or technology-based companies). * Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data. * Technical rigor and critical thinking for decision-making. #### **Profile of Our Team** We are a small, young team characterized by flexibility, dynamism, and strong commitment to developing social innovation and impact investment programs. #### **Reasons to Join Our Team** We offer a continuous learning environment with real opportunities to develop new skills and deepen expertise in the impact investment ecosystem.
