Here, you won’t recite a script—you’ll advise, connect, and ensure every customer leaves with the ideal product. · What will you do? - Advise end customers through consultative selling, emphasizing the real benefits of Hisense technology. - Execute monthly marketing activities and lead events that generate demand and product turnover. - Set up displays according to planograms and ensure optimal brand presence: facings, shelf space, and additional displays. - Implement POP materials to ensure the brand looks impeccable and sells more. - Monitor competitor pricing and activities, and report updates to your supervisor. - Monitor proper use of store fixtures and attend training sessions to stay current with the product portfolio. - Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and internal policies. · What do we offer? - Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) + $300,000 commission upon achievement of goals. - Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with compensatory time during the week. - Project-based employment contract. - Ongoing training on products and sales techniques. · What are we looking for? - High school diploma (mandatory). - Technical degree in commercial fields or related areas (preferred). - Minimum 6 months of experience in retail channels, technology, or customer service. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, email, PowerPoint. - Profile demonstrating effective communication, active listening, service orientation, teamwork, and results focus. · If you enjoy field challenges, direct interaction with people, and seeing the impact of your work on the turnover of a global brand like Hisense, apply now.-Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: advisor, asesor, salesman, saleswoman, seller, vendedor, comercial, salesperson
