Education in health sciences, administration, industrial engineering, quality management, or related fields. Experience in continuous improvement, quality management, auditing, process-based management, or internal control. Knowledge of PAMEC, performance indicators, risk management, improvement methodologies, and data analysis. Leadership ability, critical thinking, effective communication, and results orientation. · Key Responsibilities: Lead institutional continuous improvement projects. Coordinate the full PAMEC cycle, from prioritization through follow-up of improvement plans. Serve as custodian of the quality and management indicator system, ensuring reliable information for senior leadership. Support analysis, monitoring, and closure of institutional gaps. Strengthen the culture of measurement, control, learning, and continuous improvement. Lead and integrate the internal control system. Support the management and monitoring of the SARLAFT system and other institutional compliance mechanisms.
