REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technologist degree or students pursuing degrees in industrial engineering, logistics, environmental engineering, administration, production, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles, leading and coordinating operational work teams such as forklift operators and production workers in manufacturing plants. Responsibilities: Promptly address customer requirements and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Fulfill all commitments agreed upon in contracts or SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with assigned clients. Coordinate human and technical resources to support operations across assigned plants. Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace incidents and accidents.
