Handling and tracking of technological requirements A prominent retail company is currently seeking a Level 1 Support Assistant responsible for delivering first-level technical support to internal users, guaranteeing the proper operation of computing equipment, technological tools, and organizational systems, thereby contributing to the company's operational continuity. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Computer Science, Systems, Network Technology, IT Support, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or user assistance. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity, and printers. Required soft skills: Service orientation. Assertive communication. Problem-solving ability. Teamwork. Specific knowledge: Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents. Installation and configuration of computing equipment. Configuration and support of printers and peripherals. Support for corporate email. Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet). Handling and tracking of technological requirements. Main responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support in person, by phone, or remotely. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and email issues. Perform installation, configuration, and updates of computing equipment, printers, and peripherals. Receive, log, and track user incidents and requests. Timely escalation of cases requiring specialized support. Perform basic preventive maintenance on technological equipment. Assist with user configuration, access setup, and technological tools. Ensure timely and efficient support for internal users. Comply with the company's established technology policies and procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
