Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering Apprentice for the Maintenance Area to support administrative, control, and management processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support throughout the training process ENGINEERING APPRENTICE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AREA · ANAVA LOGISTICS S.A.S. is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice for the Maintenance Area who wishes to gain practical experience and strengthen knowledge by supporting the area’s administrative, control, and management processes. Main Responsibilities: Support in scheduling and tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Updating and controlling work orders, maintenance schedules, and maintenance records. Support in document management and archiving of area-related information. Monitoring management indicators and preparing administrative reports. Support in controlling inventories of spare parts, tools, and supplies. Tracking maintenance requests and reporting incidents. Support in procurement and area-related requisition management. Updating maintenance control databases and systems. Support in coordinating and monitoring suppliers and contractors. Handling and managing the area’s petty cash, ensuring proper recording and documentation of expenses. Other duties inherent to the maintenance and administrative management area. Requirements: University student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering Proficiency in office software, especially intermediate-level Excel. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and process tracking capability. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and appropriate handling of information. Location: Parquiamerica Industrial Park, Cartagena Salary: Maintenance allowance of $1,750,905 + all statutory benefits Contract Type: Apprenticeship Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, half-day.
