Prevent looting, loss, or damage to customer shipments Learn more about this opportunity In CARTAGENA, we are looking for a Security Guard to ensure compliance with the Physical Security protocols established by our company, in accordance with organizational procedures, in order to safeguard the security of personnel, assets, and property of the company, preventing looting, loss, or damage to shipments owned by customers. Your responsibilities: Submit written reports to the Inspector and Supervisor regarding incidents and instructions occurring during incoming and/or outgoing shifts, to maintain daily operational traceability and carry out the required procedure for each case. Control the entry and exit of employees, contractors, and visitors at the assigned RACOL site, ensuring adherence to physical security protocols (be aware of prohibited items). Monitor the arrival and departure of national, regional, and urban operational staff to protect company assets. Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields, Private Security, or related disciplines. Two years of experience in security and surveillance, proficiency in office software, seal control, and access control. IMPORTANT: Experience in logistics and/or corporate sectors. Job Details: Salary: $2,269,823 + benefits + transportation allowance + $6,100 food allowance Work Mode: On-site in Cartagena Schedule: Split shift (06:00–10:00, 18:00–22:00; Saturdays 07:00–11:00, with permanent availability on Saturdays from 18:00–22:00) Contract Type: Direct permanent contract with the company IMPORTANT: Valid refresher training course certificate. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 2 years of experience Keywords: escort, guard, watchman, security guard, guard, surveillance
