Job Summary:
Engineering professional to supervise activities in metal-mechanical and civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with and continuous improvement of the integrated management system.

2. Monitoring and control of schedules and on-site activities
3. Efficient management of resources, tools, and materials
A metal-mechanical sector company requires a Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering professional with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical and civil construction projects.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise field operational personnel to ensure correct execution of on-site activities.
* Monitor progress of scheduled timelines and planned activities on site.
* Promptly report deviations, incidents, or requirements identified during activity execution.
* Ensure proper use and control of assigned resources, tools, and materials for operations.
* Contribute to compliance with and continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
Salary: $ 3\.500\.000
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
