




**Role Purpose:** Sell DHL services in order to meet and exceed sales targets profitably for the company. This is achieved through in-depth customer knowledge, accurately offering services that add value to their processes and also enable the potentialization of business opportunities in both the short and long term. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Possess thorough and sufficient knowledge of the company's products and services to provide customers with tailored solutions, highlighting our added value in terms of advantages and benefits compared to other competitors, following a clear understanding of customer needs through the GSP model, integrating FAB and CORK. 2\. Build long-term relationships with customers to establish a trust-based environment, enabling an understanding of their business strategies and participation in their decision-making processes. 3\. Advise the customer throughout the entire chain, not only to offer proactive solutions but also to efficiently channel their concerns to other areas of the company. 4\. Explain to customers our internal service structure and the operation of our international network, focusing on each customer’s specific needs so that the logistics solution is precisely tailored. 5\. Establish bonds of trust, cooperation, and effective communication with other departments within the organization to accurately convey customer requirements and needs; simultaneously interact consistently with key members across departments to understand processes and procedures and provide appropriate customer advice. 6\. Update and maintain COMET daily according to the standard established by GSP, including structured pipeline management based on business development and generated opportunities, thereby achieving the targets set in the GSIP. 7\. Strategically and efficiently plan visits to achieve daily goals, making proper use of time to fulfill the monthly action plan and administrative tasks related to sales. 8\. Manage and follow up on proposals offered to customers to accelerate the sales closing cycle, which directly impacts revenue generation within the sales territory. **Requirements:** **Education:** Professionals with knowledge in foreign trade, administration, engineering, marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in Office and intermediate English. **Experience:** 3 years of sales experience in the real sector. Experience managing budgets and CRM with a customer portfolio exceeding 100\.
