Stability throughout the project A major construction project in Medellín requires White Work Assistants with experience in finishing and support for light construction activities, filler application, and surface preparation. **Main Responsibilities** * Support activities related to white work and finishing. * Preparation and application of fillers on walls and ceilings. * Sanding and surface conditioning. * Loading, unloading, and organization of materials. * Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * Support to drywall and finishing craftsmen. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in white work, finishing, or construction. * Preferably experience in filling, patching, and painting. * Willingness to work as part of a team and engage in continuous learning. * Commitment to occupational safety and health standards. **Working Conditions** * Location: Medellín, Antioquia. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Contract type: Project-based or labor contract. * Possibility of engagement via service provision, depending on experience and work modality. * Compensation aligned with experience and productivity. * Stability throughout the project execution.
