Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with commitment and physical capability to work in production, material handling, and recyclable waste management. Key Highlights: 1. Machinery operation and inventory control We seek operational staff with strong physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in high-demand operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure brand protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflow and outflow for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is essential.
