Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced garment production operator skilled in flatbed, overlock, and collar machines, with expertise in handling elastic fabrics, attention to detail, and the ability to produce complete women's garments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating flatbed, overlock, and collar machines. 2. Mandatory experience handling elastic and soft fabrics (lycra-based). 3. Attention to detail and maintenance of quality standards. We require a garment production operator experienced in flatbed, overlock, and collar machines (PLEASE APPLY ONLY if you operate all three machines). A practical test will be conducted. Required experience includes: * Handling elastic and soft fabrics (lycra-based) — MANDATORY. * Attention to detail and maintaining quality standards, including seam quality control. * Complete garment production, ensuring product precision and quality. * Women's apparel production (pants, blouses, bodysuits, tops, etc.) — full garment assembly. * Knowledge and handling of fabric piece cutting. * Assistance in finishing and manual operations. * Collaboration with the team to achieve production goals. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Location: Centro Internacional, Calle 26 at Carrera 13. Service Agreement Contract. Salary $2.300.000 Workplace: On-site employment
