Manage the personnel selection process, including job postings, interviews, administration of tests, report preparation, and support in hiring decisions. * Coordinate onboarding of new staff, including collection and verification of documentation, affiliation to the social security system, and delivery of initial work equipment. * Support various SENA activities, particularly the onboarding and monitoring of SENA apprentices, ensuring compliance with the legal quota and proper documentation of the process. * Design and maintain up-to-date job profiles in coordination with responsible departments, ensuring alignment with job functions and requirements. * Manage affiliations, updates, and withdrawals from the social security system, including EPS (Health Insurance), ARL (Occupational Risk Insurance), AFP (Pension Fund), and Compensation Funds. * Process medical leave certificates and manage reimbursement claims with social security entities, tracking the process until completion. * Maintain absenteeism records, including justifications, permissions, medical leaves, and other attendance-related events. * Schedule and monitor employee vacations, verifying correct inclusion in payroll and proper archiving of supporting documents. * Support implementation of the occupational wellness plan, organizing activities, communicating with employees, and managing vendors where applicable. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations—including pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams—in collaboration with the ARL and healthcare providers. * Digitize and keep personnel files updated, ensuring availability and organization of documentation in both physical and digital formats. * Deliver required labor or administrative documentation to company yards or other sites, ensuring timely distribution and filing. * Deliver and track work equipment. * Manage and submit parafiscal documentation to clients or external agencies, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and requirements.
