Position: Data Marshall \- BackOffice Operations Assistant Salary: $2\.500\.000 \+ Transportation allowance $249\.095 \+ Statutory benefits 100% on-site work in Bogotá Schedule: Rotating shifts Contract type: Direct employment with the Company Free parking for motorcycles and bicycles Your main responsibilities will be: ✔ Prepare reports and maintain databases up to date with key information on delinquency, segments, and other indicators. ✔ Provide administrative support to the Operations Director in campaign operational processes. ✔ Prepare and submit negotiation forms escalated to the client. ✔ Track approved negotiations. ✔ Update portfolios in the management application. ✔ Perform control and loading of visits into the corresponding systems. ✔ Prepare follow-up databases and monitor advisor productivity. ✔ Generate reports according to client requirements. Requirements to apply: ✅ High school diploma, Technical or Technologist degree in administrative or related fields. ✅ 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Operations Assistant in a Call Center. ✅ Verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Teamwork and attention to detail. ✅ Advanced Excel proficiency. ✅ Availability for rotating shifts.
