What We Are Looking For? Analytical Product Owner * **Graduate in Systems Engineering or related field.** * **Work Mode: Remote** * **Experience with Data** What Do We Require? * Systems Engineer or related degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, BI, Big Data, or Data Lake projects. * **Experience with Data Lake.** * **Experience with AWS Analytics Services, Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, and Lake Formation.** * **Data Lake architectures.** * **Modeling and consumption of analytical data.** * Experience defining analytical use cases. * Experience participating in enterprise analytical architectures. * Experience coordinating functional and technical teams. * Desired experience in insurance or financial sectors. * Elicitation and understanding of business requirements. * Definition of analytical use cases. * Prioritization of initiatives. * Functional definition of KPIs, rules, segmentations, and analytical models. * Functional and technical validation of analytical solutions. * ANALYTICS AND BI * Design of analytical solutions * Definition of KPIs and indicators * Analytical modeling * Descriptive and exploratory analytics * Segmentation and analytical consumption * Power BI, semantic models. * DATA GOVERNANCE AND QUALITY * Data quality, lineage, catalog, traceability, business rule definitions, functional data management. * METHODOLOGIES AND MANAGEMENT – Scrum/Agile, backlog management, value-based prioritization, functional requirement management, use case design. * Guidewire: Data * Business Analytics (data) * Competencies: Data Processing Concept – DLT * Blockchain: Modeling of off-chain data storage – ESG compliance * Data models (e.g., TCFD) (ESG) – BI * PowerBI **Your Role’s Objective** * A specialized profile is required to serve as Analytical Product Owner within the Data, Analytics, and AI Management unit, aiming to align business, data, and technology to transform strategic needs into high-value analytical solutions supported by the corporate Data Lake on AWS. * The service must ensure **functional understanding, technical alignment, value-based prioritization, and evolution of enterprise analytical capabilities**. The Analytical Product Owner will be responsible for: * Understanding the business’s strategic and operational needs. * Translating functional requirements into analytical use cases. * Defining and prioritizing initiatives based on value generation. * Ensuring alignment among business, architecture, data governance, and development. * Actively participating in the functional and technical definition of analytical solutions. * Guaranteeing functional traceability of requirements. * Driving the evolution of analytical capabilities on the corporate Data Lake. * Reviewing and validating technical proposals from an analytical and functional perspective. * Promoting scalable, sustainable, and reusable solutions. * Managing and tracking the analytical backlog. * Participating in the definition of Data Lake domains and capabilities. * Coordination with Data Governance. * Ensuring value generation from initiatives.
