For this reason, we are seeking, for our administrative area, an Internal Accountant who is a professional in Public Accounting to lead the full accounting and tax cycle of our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for financial transparency, regulatory compliance in Colombia, and consolidation of international operations (LLC structures). **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead monthly/annual accounting closings and preparation of financial statements. * Manage and file all tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, Withholdings, etc.) and ensure compliance with IFRS and the Orange Economy. * Coordinate audits and requirements from regulatory bodies (DIAN, banks). * Consolidate group financial information, including LLC structures. * Support managerial decision-making with automated reports and analysis. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Public Accounting (Certified with valid Professional License). * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in leadership accounting roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** Mastery of IFRS and Colombian tax regulations. Advanced Excel. Proficiency in accounting software (Siigo, SAP, or similar).
