Key Responsibilities: 1. Hardware and software incident handling and management. 2. Remote and on-site technical support for end users. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance. The role entails ensuring proper handling and resolution of technological incidents while meeting SLA requirements and internal user satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Hardware and software incident handling and management. Remote and on-site technical support for end users. Diagnosis and resolution of failures in computing equipment. Configuration, setup, and installation of equipment and applications. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Ticket registration and tracking using management tools. Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Requirements: Technical diploma, technology degree, or student in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support. Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Proficiency in office productivity tools. Experience in ticket management.
