At Carryt, we want to welcome you to our operations team. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Reside in Funza or nearby areas (Mosquera, Madrid, Siberia) with easy access to the area. Position Purpose Ensure that the product delivery process is executed efficiently and effectively through proper management of available resources. Your Main Responsibilities - Oversee assigned operational processes, verifying correct implementation of technologies to facilitate control and management. - Ensure efficient scheduling of resources, guaranteeing that the client has access to the agreed-upon transportation fleet availability. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics transportation, aiming to optimize service and collaborate with clients to maximize fleet utilization, avoiding economic losses to the organization. - Accompany delivery routes, report observed incidents, supervise drivers, and provide real-time solutions. - Coordinate with drivers the scheduling of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance to implement action plans that maintain the agreed service level with the client. - Consolidate services provided by drivers for accurate freight and discount billing. - Ensure that the client generates service orders enabling proper invoicing of delivered services. - Comply with, promote, and support occupational health and safety policies. Promote and participate in community activities, environmental protection programs, sustainable development initiatives, and social programs of Carryt. Required Academic Qualification: Technical degree. Specific Field: Technical, administrative, systems, or logistics programs. Mandatory Experience: 1.5 years in last-mile logistics. Equivalent: Technical degree with three years of experience.
