





**About the Position:** As a Health and Safety Analyst at CBRE, you will support a team responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for clients. This position is part of the Health, Safety, and Environment function. It is responsible for maintaining organizational programs and procedures to protect employees and surrounding communities. **Responsibilities** * Develop safety work plans. * Conduct area inspections. * Supervise on-site work activities. * Review safety documentation. * Follow up on audits. * Train personnel on safety and hygiene topics. * Investigate accidents. * Perform site walkthroughs. * Conduct risk assessments. * Report daily site observations. * Implement contingency plans. * Deliver safety talks to raise employee awareness. **Requirements** * Associate degree in Occupational Health and Safety (valid license as an Occupational Health Technologist required) * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role * Course 50-20 * Instructor certification for Working at Heights courses (desirable) **Availability to work Monday through Saturday** **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world leader in commercial real estate services and investment that drives the progress of businesses and people.
