This role is not traditional technical support; it requires an expert capable of managing complex development cycles, mobile application deployments, and digital identity solutions with a strategic focus on cost, timeline, and customer satisfaction. Required Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree in Project Management, Software, or related disciplines is desirable). Total Experience: Minimum 8 years of verifiable professional experience. Specific Experience: 2–3 years in high-level software support or operations. Mobile & Cloud: Over 2 years of hands-on experience deploying mobile applications and backend architectures. Languages: Advanced/Conversational English (C1). Ability to lead meetings and present technical reports in English. Competencies: Creative thinking, autonomy, strong organizational skills, and absolute customer-service orientation. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Supervise software support and operations, ensuring stability of backend solutions and mobile applications (iOS/Android). Project Management: Manage highly technical product development cycles, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Technical Consulting: Serve as an expert in mobile or online identity solutions to enhance end-user experience. Business Analysis: Collaborate with product management teams to translate technical requirements into effective operational solutions.
