If you possess the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Position Description:** Plan, execute, and monitor activities assigned to your role, and coordinate with the warehouse manager on plans and improvements related to warehouse operations. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that respective assistants perform temperature and relative humidity measurements in the warehouse according to the frequencies established in procedure P\-BD\-007, under ambient or controlled environmental conditions. Ensure and/or manage the WMS for controlling warehouse movements and inventory handling. Ensure proper import conditioning (HANDLED) and invoices (Post\-Picking), complying with technical direction guidelines so they may be authorized by technical direction, and control and report quantities of approved conditioned products, taking into account their quality status, labeling, quantities, location, etc. Ensure and verify compliance with Good Storage Practices in the warehouse; similarly, ensure and control access to the warehouse by visitors, personnel, and suppliers, safeguarding compliance with BPMs and industrial safety. Guarantee receipt, processing, and routing of returned products for quality review per established standards, and report accordingly. Ensure, control, and verify proper warehouse organization. Be familiar with various customer agreements; prepare a service quality statistic measuring agreed-upon parameters—this statistic shall be prepared at least monthly (unless otherwise specified in a specific customer agreement). **Education:** High School Diploma Mathematical skills Two years of experience in logistics processes **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
