Actively participate in safety and environmental protection **Role Summary** We are looking for **Production Operators** with experience in manufacturing areas to help us build the future. Based in **Bogotá, Colombia**, the Production Operator is responsible for supporting the production process by ensuring material preparation, product packaging, transfer of finished goods, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. The operator is responsible for proper machine operation, ensuring product quality, guaranteeing efficiency and productivity of production lines, as well as adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** Operating, loading, and unloading machines; verifying order parameters and customer requirements; controlling product quality and monitoring process variables; ensuring production, packaging, and material preparation standards. Identify products, classify and weigh scrap metal; use PPE correctly and perform tasks safely; participate in HSE activities and company-provided training programs; maintain a clean and orderly workplace and continuously improve the 6S program. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Individuals who have successfully completed high school or hold a technical qualification * Minimum 1 year of experience in production areas within raw material processing companies, pharmaceutical laboratories, food companies, etc. * Experience working rotating weekly shifts of 8 hours per day, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts * Knowledge of GMP and 5S * Familiarity with production KPIs * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations *Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
