




Job Mission: Accounting Assistant The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the proper execution of the company's accounting processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal and external guidelines. Likewise, they will provide support in corporate processes and in responding to organizational and client requests, delivering requested documentation and information in a timely manner in order to support and strengthen the company's accounting management. Main Functions 1. Registration of purchase invoices, equivalent documents, and supporting documents in Word Office. 2. Daily recording of disbursement vouchers and accounting entries. 3. Electronic submission of supporting documents, electronic payroll, and events prior to RADIAN. 4. Reimbursements for petty cash, advances, and expense reimbursements. 5. Bank reconciliations. 6. Updating and managing physical and digital files. 7. Payroll accounting. Requirements Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. Knowledge in: 1. Word Office. 2. Accruals. 3. Electronic documents. 4. Payroll processing. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Recommendations Personal grooming, punctuality, and teamwork skills are highly valued, ensuring responsible and efficient performance in assigned duties.
