Ensure the technical conditions and requirements of the food service at assigned locations and the timely delivery of bakery products. a. Comply with specifications and deadlines as outlined in the schedule assigned by your immediate supervisor. b. Deliver finished products to bakery assistants as required by the production department. c. Efficiently handle raw materials, supplies, and resources within the bakery area without generating waste. d. Ensure the organoleptic quality of all products in process within the bakery area. e. Prepare various requested products (bakery items, puff pastries) following established company procedures. f. Actively attend daily management meetings and maintain each department’s logbook.
