Position Summary: Ensure procurement of raw materials under optimal economic conditions and quality standards through excellent service and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Support in negotiation and procurement of raw materials for the Division 2. Annual supplier monitoring and evaluation 3. ODM management and support for departmental KPIs **MISSION / PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Ensure procurement of raw materials according to company needs, under the best economic conditions and quality standards, in compliance with corporate and local guidelines, through delivery of excellent service and appropriate communication. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:** * Support negotiation and procurement of raw materials corresponding to the Division, IBU, and/or Key Customer Accounts assigned. * Generate and issue domestic or imported purchase orders to suppliers, based on the planning order and approval by the Procurement Manager/Head. * Prepare for and attend supplier meetings, and produce respective minutes. * Support business units in estimating costs of new imported products, seeking optimization options through consolidation and international logistics management. * Monitor delivery of domestic and international purchase orders. * Conduct annual supplier evaluations in accordance with established procedures. * ODM (Opportunity for Improvement) management. * Supplier evaluation and onboarding in the system. * Generally support maintenance of departmental KPIs. **ROLE QUALIFICATIONS** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum three years’ experience in procurement and/or supply chain within the chemicals and raw materials sector is mandatory.
