Position: **Quality Analyst** **Job Description:** Oversee and ensure the proper implementation, monitoring, and optimization of the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO standards, supervising the company’s operational and administrative processes against technical, legal, and customer-expectation requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Support processes to ensure compliance with FM Approvals requirements. * Monitor the generation and retention of records and evidence. * Control and update documentation of the integrated management system. * Verify application of procedures and work instructions. * Track action plans, findings, and closure of identified gaps. * Support preparation for internal and external audits. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering. · Certifications in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\) · Internal Auditor Training Course. · Performance indicators. · Minimum 1 year of experience in quality processes, audits, and nonconformance reviews within metallurgical-mechanical and manufacturing companies. **Skills / Competencies** · Teamwork · Assertive communication · Planning and organization · Results- and achievement-oriented mindset · Adaptability to change · Analytical and problem-solving skills **We Offer:** · Job stability and growth opportunities. · Continuous training. · Contract: Fixed-term, direct employment with the company. · Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM \- 5:00 PM / Friday, 7:00 AM \- 1:40 PM. · Salary: $ to be agreed upon based on experience \+ statutory benefits · If interested, please apply — you will receive an immediate response.
