At Stefanini we are more than 30,000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they are passionate about and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and attributions** Responsibilities: * Support and assist in the assignment and distribution processes of medical samples in assigned markets using the defined tools for this purpose. * Provide support to the sales force in all transactions related to medical samples: Transfers, Losses, Theft, Adjustments, Returns, etc. * Provide incident support to the sales force and colleagues from business units. * Periodically execute the monitoring plan ensuring controls required by Pfizer policies and procedures and local regulations. Follow deviation escalation processes and documentation practices. * Support medical sample inventory processes for the sales force. * Provide support in the use of tools designated for the sales force. * Support local or regional project management as required. * Lead and execute global initiatives locally, ensuring proper deployment of new solutions. * Perform analysis and reporting exercises for the business, both for medical sample audits and commercial effectiveness. * Effectively ensure communication processes. * Ensure efficient execution of all services, mitigating service disruptions. Experience in: * Veeva, SAP, advanced Excel. Power BI or Tableau preferred. We are looking for a highly organized person with strong prioritization, focus, and time management skills. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields. * Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. * Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Programming language knowledge such as Python or R will be valued.
