As a Payroll Specialist Consultant at Deloitte, you will participate in key activities for your learning and professional development. You will expand your knowledge of payroll calculations, application of relevant laws and regulations governing payroll-related processes, and develop the ability to formulate solutions addressing our clients’ requirements. Under the leadership of your Supervisor and Manager, you will be responsible for performing tasks such as: manual calculation of employee and employer deductions and contributions, child support payments, analysis and data entry of payroll incidents, validation of payroll incidents, recording of medical leaves and occupational risk cases. You will provide operational support on human resources, social security, and certification matters. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and backgrounds. What qualifications are required to apply? * Technical degree holder, current student in final semesters, or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Finance, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in salary processing or personnel administration * Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, payroll processing, and tax calculations * Intermediate English proficiency * Tools: Microsoft Office suite, payroll information systems * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detail Why Deloitte?
