Job Summary: Trycore is seeking an empathetic and proactive Human Talent Assistant to support talent mapping, screening, and selection, as well as process management and cultural well-being. To achieve this, we need an empathetic, organized, and proactive mind to become our next **Human Talent Assistant**. **Your challenges will include:** * **Talent Mapping:** Posting job openings on various platforms and actively hunting for technology profiles on our employment portals. * **Screening and Selection:** Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical potential and cultural “fit” with our team. * **Process Management:** Coordinating interview schedules with leaders, ensuring the ATS remains up to date, and consistently following up with candidates to guarantee an outstanding experience. * Affiliation Management (ARL, CCF, EPS) * Support in well-being and cultural activities **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum **1 year of experience** supporting Human Talent processes (ideal if in technology roles). * Final-semester student or graduate in **Psychology, Business Administration**, or related fields. * Excellent communication skills and ability to identify human talent behind a CV. * Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously. * Service-oriented mindset and strong eagerness to learn about the IT industry. **What do we offer?** * **Hybrid work model** * Benefits with **Platzi, Open English**, and continuous training through our partners.
