Main Responsibilities * Identify and prospect new enterprise (B2B) clients. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, diagnosis, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing. * Understand complex client needs and translate them into intangible solutions (services, consulting, etc.). * Build consultative relationships grounded in trust and credibility. * Develop differentiated value propositions focused on benefits and ROI. * Meet and exceed sales targets. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention. * Record and manage opportunities in CRM. * Analyze market trends and customer behavior. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields. * Preferred: training in consultative selling, negotiation, or commercial management.
