Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Manager with experience in the automotive sector to manage inventories, coordinate logistics, and support corporate growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. You must have at least 12 months of documented experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor in the automotive sector. It is essential that you possess knowledge of inventory management, goods receipt, classification, and item coding, as well as proficiency in inventory tools (familiarity with software such as *StarCommerse* is desirable). You must demonstrate teamwork skills, conflict resolution ability, capacity to coordinate activities with other departments, and time management skills. This position is 100% on-site. Main Responsibilities: * **Inventory Management and Control:** Ensure proper storage, distribution, and control of inventories. Support demand planning, conduct monthly cycle counts, and report missing or out-of-stock items. * **Goods Receipt and Storage Location:** Receive goods, verify against purchase invoices, label with stickers, and place merchandise/spare parts on corresponding shelves, ensuring warehouse order. * **Administrative Processes:** Create and enter new products into the system, prepare IN and OUT documents for spare parts, manage incoming warranties, and process original invoices to the office. * **Operations and Logistics:** Fulfill spare parts requests at counters, coordinate local courier services (Zone 7 de Agosto), report structural malfunctions, ensure equipment maintenance, and perform secure warehouse opening and closing procedures. Position Conditions: * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract (direct hiring by the company). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. * **Salary:** $2\.100\.000 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Statutory Benefits \+ Food Benefit. * **Employment Type:** Full-time.
