This position is for Suppla Cargo S.A. **Role Objective** -------------------- Manage, execute, and control transportation operations, ensuring compliance with company-established parameters regarding safety, costs, delivery times, and service quality. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Supervise and control daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient dispatch execution, route adherence, on-time delivery, and defined service-level performance. * Manage direct-flow logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency, supply chain synchronization, and uninterrupted service during high-demand scenarios. * Plan and schedule dispatches by sequencing loads, prioritizing based on SLA, urgency, and customer type, and allocating human and physical resources efficiently. * Monitor and analyze key transportation performance indicators (KPIs), controlling costs, productivity, and operational performance, while supporting data-driven decision-making. * Administer technological tools and management systems, including TMS, WMS, Excel, and reporting platforms, as well as real-time operational alert tracking. * Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, HSE / OSH standards, and legal requirements—managing operational risks, loss and theft prevention, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. * Lead operational teams, ensuring effective communication, performance management, timely incident resolution, and decision-making under high-pressure conditions. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Specialization preferred (but not required): Logistics or Project Management. * Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations management. * Proficiency in logistics management software, advanced Excel, and real-time tracking platforms. Required Technical Knowledge: * + National transportation regulations, routing procedures, warehousing, and distribution. + On-Time, Full-Time, last-mile efficiency, percentage of automated processes, reduction in cycle times. + Proficiency in logistics management software, advanced Excel, and real-time tracking platforms.
