Job Summary: We are seeking a systems technician or technologist to provide on-site and remote support, with experience in first-level requirements management and preventive/corrective maintenance. ITIL Foundations v3 certification is desirable. Experience: 1.5 years of experience in on-site and remote support, and first-level requirements management for end users. Proficiency with monitoring and incident management tools. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications. Processes for user account creation, deactivation, and modification across technological platforms, enterprise applications, and internal systems. Conditions: Contract: Indefinite-term. Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Modality: On-site.
