Job stability and opportunities for professional growth JOB OFFERING: PAINTER Do you have experience in industrial or surface painting and excel in high-quality finishes? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Painter to join our team. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ certified experience as a painter Knowledge of surface preparation and treatment Proficiency with materials such as fiberglass, steel, aluminum, MDF, and wood Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards Main Responsibilities: Prepare and ready surfaces (fiberglass, steel, aluminum, MDF, wood, and derivatives) by applying primers, anti-corrosives, or appropriate base coats Prepare, mix, and apply paints and coatings to ensure uniformity and high-quality finishes Perform maintenance and repair of vehicle bodies (fiberglass and sheet metal), including application of fillers and correction of imperfections Support tasks assigned by the area supervisor Comply with industrial safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and tool maintenance Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: as required Employment Conditions: Salary: COP $2,098,000 + statutory benefits Daily allowance: COP $4,000 per working day Overtime pay Job stability and growth opportunities Why Join Us?
