YOUR MAJOR CHALLENGES: Operational Leadership: Ensure service delivery through flawless planning. Quality Control: Guarantee contractual requirements and food safety. Financial Management: Monitor budget and area KPIs. Safety and Integrity: Promote occupational health and safety (OHS) culture and environmental sustainability. COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS: Salary: $1,930,000 + $92,000 transportation allowance (if residing outside Soacha). Schedule: Rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
