Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and strengthen the logistics team, supervise processes, and coordinate key operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen our team at the Siberia Industrial Park. Required Profile: Technical or technological degree in Logistics or related fields, with at least 1 year of certified experience in supervising logistics processes and personnel management. Main Responsibilities: Supervise goods receipt, organization, and placement. Coordinate order preparation and ensure shipments are made according to lead time. Conduct continuous cyclical inventory tracking (hourly and half-hourly). Lead operational meetings and ensure achievement of performance goals by supervised staff. Key Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and office software. Familiarity with WMS or warehouse management systems. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) Salary: $2.400.000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance + overtime pay + meal benefit.
