Support service standard monitoring and ensure excellence in every interaction with our customers. Requirements Technical or technological student in: Administration, Marketing, Communication, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields Valid approval to begin internships (apprenticeship contract) What will you do? Audit calls and evaluate service quality Record and analyze audit data Support the preparation of reports and indicators (KPIs) Manage documentation (manuals, templates, processes) Propose improvements to the customer experience Profile we seek Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented person Proactive and self-motivated Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Key Skills Active listening Excel proficiency (intermediate level) PowerPoint and Canva Presentation of ideas and reports Basic familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT Conditions Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + Transportation allowance EPS and ARL affiliation Contract type: Apprenticeship Schedule (in-person): Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Benefits Access to an English license from the start of your internship Improve your English level while working!. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education years of experience Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee, mercadotecnia, marketing, mercadeo
