A prominent company in the services sector is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the national affiliation process, verifying documentation, formalizing contracts, and enrolling personnel in the social security system, ensuring legality and timeliness in the onboarding of our collaborators. Main Responsibilities: Verify required documentation for hiring, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines. Formalize employment contracts and other documents required for legal onboarding. Timely enroll personnel in EPS (Health Promotion Entities), compensation funds, pension funds, and ARL (Labor Risk Administrators). Enter and update collaborator information in corporate software. Organize resumes and manage the issuance of corporate ID cards. Assist in scheduling exams, certifications, and other related procedures. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Human Talent-related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment processes, preferably in the services sector. Knowledge of recruitment processes, affiliations, and office software tools. Conditions: Salary: $2.468.594 Working hours: Monday to Friday.
