Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in project management and leadership to ensure the operationality and continuous improvement of industrial power networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical teams and coordinate electrical projects 2. Ensure the operationality and improvement of industrial power networks 3. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance An Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor, leader, or coordinator of projects or technical areas—demonstrating leadership and adaptability—is required to perform the following functions: Ensure the operationality, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the industrial park’s power networks (low, medium, and high voltage), including public lighting, substations, transformers, power plants, CCTV camera rooms, weighbridges, alarm systems, and other associated components. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service continuity standards. Supervise and coordinate contractors, verifying proper technical and administrative execution of work, as well as adherence to schedules and reporting requirements. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. Lead and manage the technical team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and supporting execution during critical situations. Administer and monitor energy services, including coordination with the network operator. Control and guarantee provisional and permanent electrical connections, complying with current regulations. Manage area resources: inventories, tools, spare parts, and procurement—ensuring availability and proper usage. Maintain up-to-date technical and administrative documentation (drawings, records, KPIs, reports, and physical/digital archives). Implement technological improvements and energy efficiency strategies. Prepare periodic reports and ensure compliance with management indicators.
