Position Summary: Personnel are required for customer service, incident monitoring and management, with proficiency in office tools and high-quality telephone support. Key Highlights: 1. 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday 2. No work on weekends or holidays 3. Customer service and follow-up of requests until closure Proficiency in office tools is mandatory. The position entails a Monday-to-Friday work schedule with 12-hour shifts, excluding weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include timely handling of customer requests and follow-up until closure; identifying and recording shift-related incidents; reporting events and alerts to the respective supervisor; tracking incidents and documenting actions taken; reporting activities to the immediate supervisor; making entries in meeting minutes; delivering high-quality telephone support; supporting the operations area during staff incapacities, calamities, absences, or other incidents; complying with handover and takeover protocols for the position; performing camera monitoring activities, alarm control, reporting to support networks, receiving shift changes, recording incidents, and sending reports; appropriately managing logistical, technological, and communication resources; continuously monitoring designated areas and promptly reporting any anomalies; attending to and recording radio and telephone reports; maintaining respectful, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented interactions; addressing requests from internal and external customers in accordance with established protocols; monitoring CCTV systems and maintaining constant communication with posts; verifying activities of supervised personnel and visitors, reporting suspicious situations; preserving information confidentiality; wearing the identification badge visibly; developing and managing shift schedules; ensuring compliance with communication medium instructions; participating in induction processes; monitoring alarm systems when required; coordinating with various company departments; and performing other duties inherent to the position or assigned by Management and the Operations Directorate. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 3 years of experience Keywords: operator, operative, operator, media
